Korea regional certificate fees

Published Draft: kept out of search until the figures are confirmed

The original HIRA tables describe reported fees in separate regional and institution-type groups.

This draft explains the original publication and the limits of its tables. It does not publish regional prices or a hospital-price search.

Why are regional certificate fees still a draft?

The available publication has reuse restrictions and does not provide the institution-level source needed for this site’s proposed calculations.

HIRA published the 2026 tables on 29 September 2026. They carry KOGL Type 4 conditions.

The original can be read at the source; this guide does not reproduce its 837 aggregate price rows. A reusable institution-level price source has not been obtained.

What do the regional certificate fees tables group?

Region and institution type appear in separate aggregate tables, not a combined region-by-type dataset.

The reviewed workbook covers 31 certificate categories across 17 regions and 10 institution types in separate tables.

Those dimensions describe the source’s scope, not a distribution reconstructed here. It is not possible to infer every region-and-type cell by joining two unrelated aggregate values.

Are regional certificate fees this site’s own calculations?

No reported price aggregate is represented here as a newly calculated minimum, median or maximum.

New group calculations require a lawful reusable dataset with sufficient units and counts.

Separate minima, medians and maxima cannot be pooled into a new median. This source review is not that dataset.

Are regional certificate fees legal caps?

Reported prices and the Ministry’s cap notice answer different questions.

The cap annex contains 30 items, while the price classification includes 31 categories, including USB.

A reported maximum above a cap does not alone establish a particular institution’s conduct. Use the verified fee-cap reference for the legal amount and unit.

How should missing regional certificate fees be read?

A reported zero and a dash are distinct; an unavailable value is not replaced by a zero or a cap.

This page provides no individual price quote. The issuer’s posted item, unit and included service remain the relevant questions for a specific request.

Reuse permissions and a suitable source must be resolved before this draft can become a price view.

Original scope, dates and limits remain attached to each source. Missing evidence is not replaced by assumptions.
